US Supreme Court grants cert on identify theft issue
Via Scotusblog, this morning the United States Supreme Court granted certiorari in Flores-Figueroa v. United States. The issue presented is whether a federal statute which enhances a sentence for identify theft requires proof that the defendant knew that the identity card or number he had used belonged to another, actual person.world of crack
